Hi Anthony, I wanted to thank you for sharing your activities and your insights while you are all in Mexico. (Although I am not quite sure what to think of the bacon t-shirt...) You write beautifully and your insights are profound.
I live in San Antonio, TX, where there is great devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe. I am familiar with most of the history, but you did fill in some of the blanks for me. Your photos and video helped me get the sense of what is is like to visit the cathedral and chapels. My parents have been there(Nick's grandparents) and were very touched by it- even my non-Catholic father.
I will keep you and Nicklaus and all your entourage in my prayers as you continue on your hispanic adventure, as well as your spiritual journey. Vaya con Dios,
